Email & WhatsApp
KinLife meets you where you already are. Talk to the same assistant over email and WhatsApp, and receive reminders on whichever channel suits each person. Set these up in Settings.
Your family email address
Every family gets a unique address (yourfamily@kinlife.ai). Forward a newsletter, a coach's email, or a school notice and the assistant reads it with the same powers it has on the web: it can check the calendar, create events, query your documents, and reply.
- Emails surface in your Email chat as tidy cards (from, to, body, attachments).
- Mail from people who aren't family members is stored for visibility but never triggers an automatic reply, so mailing lists can't start a loop.
- You can rename the assistant's email slug (once every six months) from Settings → Email Assistant.
Register your mobile number to chat with the assistant and get reminders in WhatsApp, with the same full toolset as the web.

- 2The Connect step shows the KinLife WhatsApp bot number and your family email so you know where to message.
- 3Message the bot and you're talking to your assistant. You can send photos for event extraction and voice notes too.
Calendar
Google Calendar and Apple Calendar (iCloud) both sync two-way. Because there's a lot to it, calendar setup has its own guide: Calendar.
Which channel does what
- Web & WhatsApp: full assistant: everything from calendar to meals to travel.
- Email: full assistant, but as a threaded conversation rather than instant messaging.
