To help us help you faster, include the email address you signed up with and, if relevant, the page or feature you were using.

Ask the assistant first

For "how do I…" questions, the fastest answer is usually the assistant itself: just ask in plain language in the chat, on WhatsApp, or by email. The Help Center guides and the FAQ cover the most common questions too.

Reporting a problem

Spotted a bug or something behaving oddly? Email help@kinlife.ai with:

  • What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
  • A screenshot if you have one.
  • Whether it happened on the web app, WhatsApp, or email, and on which device.
