How it works

From bank feeds to a plan you'll actually stick to.

Three gentle steps. Read‑only, secure, and never sold.

Step 01

Connect securely

Link the bank accounts you already use — CommBank, ANZ, NAB, Westpac, ING and more — through Australia's Consumer Data Right. Read‑only, revocable in one tap.

Step 02

KinMeUp learns your patterns

Every transaction is categorised automatically — groceries, fuel, school fees, after‑school activities, takeaway. No spreadsheets. No manual tagging.

Step 03

Budgets, tailored for your family

KinMeUp builds a realistic budget for next week, next month or the whole year — grounded in how your family actually spends, not a generic template.

The budgeting engine

A proactive financial organiser, not a guilty spreadsheet.

KinMeUp quietly watches the household's spending, explains what's changed, and nudges you before a trend becomes a problem.

Week, month, year — on tap

Flip between horizons with one click. Plan Friday's grocery run, Saturday's weekend spend, or the full year's holiday savings — all from the same view.

Overspend alerts, not shame

Warm, timely nudges when a category is trending over — with a specific, doable adjustment you can accept or dismiss.

Powered by Australia's Consumer Data Right. 256‑bit encryption in transit and at rest. Read‑only access, revocable any time.

Savings goals that stick

Name a goal (Bali 2027, school camp, emergency fund). KinMeUp shows exactly what to set aside this week to reach it — without breaking the rest of the budget.

I tried three budgeting apps before KinMeUp and gave up on all of them. This one just reads the same bank accounts we already use — and then tells us, in plain English, what changed this month. We finally know where our money goes.

Questions parents ask us

Which Australian banks are supported?
KinMeUp works with every major Australian bank via the Consumer Data Right — CommBank, Westpac, ANZ, NAB, ING, Macquarie, Bendigo, Bank of Queensland and 90+ others.
Can KinMeUp move money or make payments?
No. Access is strictly read‑only. KinMeUp can see your transactions so it can budget for you, but it cannot transfer funds, change details, or pay bills on your behalf.
What happens if a transaction is categorised wrongly?
Tap the category to change it — KinMeUp learns the correction and applies it to similar future transactions for the whole family.
Who in the family can see the numbers?
You choose. Share the full budget with a partner, a limited view with older kids (e.g. their pocket‑money balance), or keep everything private to yourself.
How do I disconnect a bank?
One tap in settings. KinMeUp stops reading new transactions immediately, and you can choose whether to keep or delete historical data.
